The main areas of research include development of cost effective protein panel by CGH array and transcriptome sequencing for identification of novel targets for therapeutic intervention and better prognosticators in triple negative breast cancer. Role of tumor microenvironment in the development of tumor progression, metastasis and therapeutic resistance in breast and oral cancers. Molecular analysis and MRD detection in acute leukemias.
